Welcome to the U.S.S. Falcon!

The Romulans are no longer as big a threat as they once were; the most calculating advisories in the Known space did not take into account the destruction of their home world. Now with the loss a vacuum has emerged in the balance of power. In the years since the fall things have become unstable in the constant shifting of power; the Ferengi have been living the Rules of Acquisition by selling to the highest bidder among those in the power struggle, the Klingons see an opportunity to expand their empire into the now vacated Romulan Empire satellite colonies by negotiation or conquest.

While the Federation seeks to help out where they can it is a constantly changing stage with those who wish to rebuild or restructure for a more powerful Romulan Empire. It is a time of Warlords and would be conquerors; the Interests of the Federation need to be monitored.

The crew of the USS Falcon; an Intrepid Class vessel given the latest upgrades to help be one step ahead of the competition biding for a piece of the action. Lt. Commander Hans Shiloh is tasked with keeping a sharp eye on the events transpiring in the remains of the Romulan Empire. Come and join brave crew of the ‘Millennium’ Falcon as they fight for the interests of the Federation in these changing and Dangerous times among the remains of a once great empire.

This SIMM follows Star Trek Online Cannon concerning the destruction of Romulus but not that of Vulcan in an Alternate Timeline.

To the Crew of the Falcon-

I am sorry to have to announce that the ship will officially be on a hiatus for the next few weeks due to unexpected severe life challenges among the Senior Staff. Play will resume at the beginning of March when we will return with the kind of focus and leadership you deserve from all of us. We thank you for your understanding, as always. The Falcon has always been flexible in this manner and we sincerely appreciate you all.

Thank you. See you in a few weeks.

To my Crew,

There have been some real life pressing work issues that have held my attention and others in the Command Staff also appear to have some need of time with the Holiday Rush.

So we can all enjoy the holidays with family and friends; and a tradition I have followed since starting the ship, we will be on hiatus until 1/3/2017.

Please enjoy the time with whom you care for the most. Personal posting is always welcome just nothing officially expected.

This will give the COmmand CHain time to effect some changes and get the Falcon back to the stage of fun she usually enjoys.

Merry CHristmas and Happy New year.

To our very gallant and patient crew

Life always has a funny way of throwing a spanner where we do not wish it to land. I am sure a few of us have had that happen and others have been patiently awaiting the end of the aftermath. As a consequence our dear bird, the Falcon. has been very quiet.

I am no less responsible than any of you, still life did throw my husband a real curve ball. I am trying my best to get back to things; all I can ask of you all is if you can check in, see what is going on for your 'friends on board' and let us know if you still intend to fly on with us. it would be greatly appreciated. I personally fee like I have let you all down, but I have to remember some things are out of my control.

Be it Pm or via a tag in, please let us know you are all still around.

Be well

To my Crew,

Sorry for my absence, I had a modem go out, and lets say it is annoying when a replacement does not work out of the box and the dealing with tech support is a pain. My work is a closed system so no access.

I have thankfully had the problem dealt with so I am back. Give me a couple of days to catch up and we will be arriving for the fun.

With respects

Captain Shiloh

"Doctor." Naiya nodded. "I am a Betazoid; my telepathic and empathic abilities put my race in the same 'family', I suppose as Romulans and Vulcans. However I noted in my own medical studies that the Romulan and Vulcan brains are close in their form, with one splitting off and…

Bringing the Shuttle through the atmosphere was a breeze; no pun intended, and Shiloh was more on automatic than anything else. The variations in air pressure; wind resistence and other factors just did not seem to phase him as he brought the shuttle down to the assigned coordinates. The…

"A threat from a Yeoman is that serious?"

"This Yeoman is particularly helpful and is a budding designer, she is also a good friend." Naiya replied, sweetly.

"So, maybe we bend the naked tradition and let you have a beautiful dress. Would that be a start of an Olive…
